Everything sold by PrintJoy Kids™ is delivered digitally. No physical parcel will arrive at your address. 🌈

⚡ How Delivery Works

After payment is confirmed, your files will normally be available through:

• A download link on the confirmation page
• An email containing your download link
• Your order-status or customer-account page

Most orders arrive within a few minutes. Payment verification or email delays may occasionally take longer.

📭 Can’t Find Your Download?

Please:

1. Allow up to 30 minutes.
2. Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
3. Search your inbox for “PrintJoy Kids”.
4. Confirm that the email entered at checkout was correct.

If it is still missing, email printjoykidsupport@gmail.com with your name and order number. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. 💌

🖨️ What You Need

You will need:

• A phone, tablet or computer capable of downloading files
• A current PDF reader
• ZIP-extraction software if files arrive in a ZIP folder
• A printer if you want physical copies

You may print at home or through a local printing service.

🚚 No Shipping Charges

Digital products have no postal shipping fee. Shopify may still request a billing address for payment verification or tax purposes, but nothing will be physically shipped.
